I take you on a personal guided tour of the homes that meet your search criteria until you find the perfect one. I will show you any home that meets your search criteria, regardless of the amount of commission the seller pays the buyer's agent.

I will do an extensive market evaluation before you make an offer so that you don't pay over market value for your new home.

I accompany you on all inspections of your new home prior to the close of escrow. I review all escrow instructions, title reports and CC&R's and bring to your attention anything that may make a difference in your buying decision.

I provide you with a list of licensed contractors or handymen to do any needed repairs or renovations that you feel is needed, both before and after the close of escrow.

If the seller of the home does not pay for a home warranty, I will provide a one year First American Home Warranty, at my expense.

In return, I ask only for your loyalty and respect of my time by working exclusively with me.
