4S Ranch

4S Ranch is one of the newest communities within the 92127 zip code. It is a master planned community in San Diego, California . It is conveniently located in North San Diego County, west of I-15 and Rancho Bernardo, in an unincorporated area of the City of San Diego.

Built on 2,900 acres, this new master-planned community gives the feeling of those family-friendly neighborhoods of the past. Surrounding the homes of 4S Ranch are neighborhood schools, a variety of parks, and miles of walking trails. Once complete, 4S Ranch will showcase 4,715 homes clustered around a traditional town center.

4S Ranch is one of only five communities in San Diego designed and built according to strict “fire safe” construction standards. These strict standards resulted in not a single home being lost or damaged in any of these communities during the October 2007 wildfires.

Del Sur

Located seven miles from the Pacific Ocean, between I-5 and I-15, Del Sur  resides next to some of San Diego’s most prominent neighborhoods – Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch and Santaluz – and only minutes from the shops and restaurants of Del Mar and La Jolla. Private Pools: An individual swimming pool is planned for seven neighborhood parks. Del Sur has proposed a neighborhood pool for every 140 to 150 families. Pools will range from resort style-free formed to lap pools to infinity pools that overlook the vast open space. 


Santaluz

Santaluz  is a premier coastal golf community in San Diego. Located adjacent to Rancho Santa Fe, it’s just 10 minutes from Del Mar and the beach.
